The food and service were top-notch! A special shoutout to Matthew—he was truly amazing and offered some of the best customer service we’ve experienced in Kelowna. Went out on Saturday evening as a group of 4. I often order nachos at many places but this nacho was exceptionally delicious. The balance of toppings and how crispy the nachos were great. I also enjoyed the fish tacos. Furthermore, We all impressed with Our server Matt as he was very professional and served us extremely well. Thanks for the great service and the food. We will come back soon.
First time here. We were promptly greeted and shown a table. It wasn’t too busy. Jack was very polite Food came out quickly and was VERY TASTY! Completely loved that the music wasn’t blaring, I hate needing to yell to speak. We will come back again when next in town!
All round great experience. Food is fantastic, the service is amazing and the atmosphere is usually always pretty active. Huge shout out to all the staff members that take the time and put in the effort to have conversations and enrich the atmosphere.
This evening at Brown’s, we had the most wonderful time, as alway! It’s our regular spot! This evening a lovely young fellow by the name of Jack, took care of us. He was exceptional! Welcoming, friendly, and kind right from the start. As the evening progressed, he continued to be genuine, funny, thoughtful, and great to have a conversation with. I was thoroughly impressed, and can’t say enough good things about him! The food and drinks were delish, as always; so an altogether fantastic evening out, as always!! Thank you!!
This Pub was fantastic. We had a reservation at another pub and when we had gotten there a few minutes late, they had given our reservation away. We called Brown’s social house and it being a big game night most places wouldn’t accommodate us, but Brown’s went out of their way to find us a seat, comp us our first round of beverages, and made us feel so welcome. They were so busy but so accommodating and friendly to us. Food was delicious and atmosphere was great. Thanks Brown’s Social house. We will be back next time we are in town.
With a special shout out to Carissa, Ashley A, and Bailey for their extra wonderful service, Browns in Kelowna has become a welcome and unexpected refuge for our family while our loved one has been in hospital. The food is wonderful and the team at Browns is absolutely fantastic. Welcoming us each visit like friends and making us feel special. Forever grateful for many happy memories during a challenging time!
